Closing A Ticket in Helpdesk



After resolving customer issues, the next step would be closing tickets.

Note: To use the Helpdesk features, you need to Install or Purchase the Helpdesk App.

**Closing a ticket in Helpdesk**




- * From your Akaunting Dashboard, Click Helpdesk on the Navigation Menu Panel




- * View the list of Tickets.



Note: You can only close tickets when the status is in the _Solved_ stage.


- * Click a Ticket to View the details page.


- * Select Solved at the top Page.

Note: You can’t directly update a ticket’s status from _Open_ to _Solved__. You first need to update it to_ _Pending__, then_ _Solved__._




- * When the Status is Solved, click it and select Closed from the dropdown menu options.




- * The ticket status is updated to Closed.




- * The Client also sees an updated Ticket Status in the Client Portal.
