Importing Tickets in Helpdesk
Importing tickets in Helpdesk is easy and can be done by uploading an XLS or XLSX. file
Note: To use the Helpdesk features, you need to Install or Purchase the Helpdesk App.
Importing Tickets in Helpdesk:
- * From your Akaunting Dashboard, Click Helpdesk on the Navigation Menu Panel

- * On the Tickets page, click the ellipses menu icon

- * Select Import from the ellipses dropdown options.

- * On the Import Tickets page, Download the sample file.

- * Enter the necessary field on the Sample File

- * Category name: This must be the same as the ticket categories you have added to the helpdesk app.
- * Subject: Write a subject for the ticket
- * Message: Write an explanation for the ticket.
- * Save the file as XLS or XLSX.
- * Upload your file to Akaunting.
- * Click Import and wait for a few seconds. This may vary depending on the size of the data.
You’ll receive a sidebar notification, and once the upload is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
