Managing Chart of Accounts



Enable, Disable, View, Edit, Print, Duplicate, Export, or Delete Chart of Accounts.



The Chart of Accounts page shows a list of accounts categorized into Assets, Liabilities, Expenses, Income, and Equity.

Use the Search Bar to Filter the Chart of Accounts by Enabled status and Type.

Viewing the details of a Chart of Account:



On the Chart of Accounts page, click on a listed Account to access the details page. On the details page, you’ll find the following functions:





1. Filter bar: Filter financial records in the account by Basis, Contact, and Report date.



2. Print: At the top left corner.



3. Export: At the top left corner.



4. Date: Day of recorded transaction.



5. Relation: Document of transaction.



6. Debit: Debited amount



7. Credit: Credited amount.



8. Balance: Account balance.

You can Install or Purchase the Schedule Reports app to generate reports automatically.

Editing a Chart of Account



On the Chart of Accounts page, hover over a listed Account for options to Edit, Duplicate or Delete.




- * Click Edit


- * On the Edit Account page, you can update the account details.


- Enable/*Disable** an account with the Toggle Button.


- * Then, Save.

**Printing/Exporting a Chart of Account**



On the Chart of Accounts page, click on a listed Account to access the details page.


- * Click Print at the top right corner. And follow the prompt to complete the request.


- * Click Export. An email with a download link will be sent to your profile’s email address.
