Managing Companies in CRM



Manage your list of Companies from the Companies page.

Managing Companies in CRM:


- * Go to CRM on the Navigation Menu.


- * Select Companies from the dropdown options to access the Companies Page.


- * Click a Company to see the Company Detail page.


- * Click Add Contact to add a contact in your CRM to a Company.

Hover over a company to reveal the Show, Edit, and Delete options. Ticking the checkbox allows you to take bulk actions such as Enable, Disable, or Delete a company.


- * On the Company Detail Page, You can: Add Notes and Schedules, Send Emails, View Activity logs, and Create Tasks.


- * Switch tabs to access any of the above-listed activities to a Company.


- * An Activity log is displayed below the Company information.


- * Click Edit on the top right corner to update the details of a Company.
