Managing Items (Products or Services)

Akaunting makes managing items (products or services) easy and convenient. You can Enable, Disable, Edit, Duplicate, Delete, and Import/Export.

Managing items is available as a core feature and also in the Inventory app (_Check out how to [Install](https://akaunting.com/hc/docs/apps-and-integrations/installing-an-app/) and [Purchase](https://akaunting.com/hc/docs/apps-and-integrations/purchasing-an-app/) an app_).

**Managing Items (products or services):**

- * Core Feature


- * Inventory App

**Core Feature**

- * Select Items from the Navigation Menu.


- * On the Items page, hover over an Item for options to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.




- * Use the Search bar to search for specific items or filters Items by Category or Enabled.




- * Tick the Bulk Action Checkbox for the Edit, Enable, Disable, Delete, Export options.




- * Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Items.

**Managing items via Inventory App**

- * Go to Inventory on the Navigation Menu.




- * Select Items from the expanded menu options.


- * On the Items page, hover over an Item for options to View, Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.


- * The Search bar filters Items by Category, Enable, and Warehouse.


- * Tick the Checkbox above to take bulk actions like Enable, Disable, or Delete Items.


- * Click the ellipses menu icon for options to Import or Export Items.
